The mission of Foundation47, LLC is to facilitate and administer financial literacy workshops that are life altering, empowering, and inspirational. My workshops are comprised of textbook principles infused with real life personal finance experiences that result in a financial awakening influencing the financial trajectory of my participants. By equipping them with the knowledge and expertise to improve their financial acumen, individuals experience a financial awakening and improve their upward financial mobility.

Mr. Dale Morgan is a native of Lexington, KY. He graduated from Henry Clay High School and earned his Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Eastern Kentucky University. Prior to his current position as an Investment Analyst for the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government (LFUCG), Dale was an accountant for both Purdue University and University of Kentucky College of Agriculture, Food, and Environment. Dale is passionate about advocating for others and sharing knowledge. He serves on the boards of Partners for Youth and the Charles Young Center. Also, he serves on the Eastern Kentucky University, School of Business Advisory Council (SBAC), the Members Heritage Federal Credit Union Supervisory board, as well as the Kentucky Commission on Small Business Advocacy (CSBA). Dale joined Partners for Youth because it provided him with an avenue to fulfill his passion for youth development and empowerment. You can catch Dale as a host on Lexington Community Radio or working out and listening to soft 80’s rock music. Dale is a father to his 10 year old son Kasen and his 19 year old daughter Cymone. He always believed that financial literacy is a pathway out of poverty, and he is living proof of that. His Foundation47,LLC helps equip young adults with the knowledge they need to become and stay “Fiscally Fit” Dale finds motivation to continuously improve from the Tupac quote, “. . . I’m not saying I will change the world, but I guarantee I will spark the brain that will.”
Mr. Martinez is a Hispanic business professional aiming to further develop his career in the business sector. Erik is currently working in the accounting department for Lexington, KY’s local government. His interest for business sparked during his teenage years, helping with the family-owned business; it motivated him to actively search for ways to strategically improve its operations and finances. His professional career started as a bilingual tax preparer working directly with the Spanish speaking community, and later as a bilingual accountant working with Latinx offices. Mr. Martinez enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, experiencing new cultures along with their food, and having a good time.
